My name is Quein and I am a blog commenter for the Manaiakalani Summer Learning Journey. It is fantastic to see you enagmane with the SLJ and it is Super Great that you enjoyed making the collage. I LOVE!!! The pictures that you chose to represent the summertime. I really think it is good to see that you included a lot of animals into your post and the sea lion looks very cute. We are impressed by the clear and concise layout of your post and that you provide an explanation of the task. Overall it is super to see you put a lot of thought and effort tinto making and engaging post- Ka Pai!!!

I enjoyed seeing that you included the jandals, I used to call them sandals then when we moved to New Zealand everyone called them jandals, although in America they call them flip flops. I always find it very interesting when there are so many names for one item it shows how awesome and diverse the world is.

What is your favorite thing about the summertime?

    Have a Super Summer!!!

    Ngā mihi,
    Quein

  2. Kia ora Irelyn,

Wow this is a fantastic summer collage! I’m glad you enjoyed completing this activity and looking for the photos.

Well done with the editing, even though you had difficulty fitting the images into the collage, you did an awesome job. Do you have any tips or hints for other bloggers trying to make a collage?

It would be awesome to hear why you included each picture in your collage, just a short sentence that describes each picture.

    Keep up the great work!

    Lauren
